Maison Sage Manufacturing was built in Orange County, California by a brand designer, a project manager, and a financial strategist — a small founding team with one shared conviction: that sustainable packaging should be just as refined as the products it holds.

Every project starts with design. It's managed for quality and timeline. And it's structured to make sense for your business as much as ours.

We work directly with you from first consultation to final delivery — no handoffs, no black box.

  • Yes — every project is custom. Structure, size, material, print, color, finish, interior, and quantity are all tailored to your product and brand. Nothing we produce is off-the-shelf.

  • Minimums vary by product, material, and manufacturing partner. Boxes and mailers typically start at 500 units; labels and tissue at 1,000. We confirm exact minimums in your quote.

  • Most projects move from approved sample to delivery in four to eight weeks, depending on the production partner and order complexity. Embossing and specialty finishes may add one to two weeks. We confirm your exact timeline in your quote.

  • FSC-certified paperboard, recycled and recyclable corrugate, compostable mailers, uncoated and lightly coated tissue, and water-based inks. We'll match the material to the use case.

  • Our manufacturing partners carry FSC certification, and compostable options meet BPI or TÜV OK Compost standards. We source from facilities that operate on low-waste production models — verified before any project begins.

  • We begin with a consultation on your brand, product, and goals, then move through structure, materials, and finish in a single coordinated pass. You sign off on a physical sample before we produce.

  • Yes. Material swatches are available on request, and we produce a physical pre-production sample for every custom project before scaling up.
